How does the AI verification work?
Our AI system analyzes multiple factors including follower authenticity, engagement patterns, account history, and growth metrics. It can detect fake followers, bot activity, and other red flags to ensure you're getting a quality account.
What happens if there's a dispute?
If a dispute arises, our dedicated mediation team will review all evidence from both parties. We aim to resolve disputes fairly within 24-48 hours. The escrow funds remain secure until a resolution is reached.
How long does the transfer process take?
Most account transfers are completed within 24-48 hours. Once the influencer provides credentials, you have 72 hours to verify and confirm the transfer. Some complex accounts may take longer, but we keep you updated throughout the process.
How does the escrow system protect me?
When you make a purchase, your payment is held securely in escrow. The influencer only receives the funds after you confirm that you've successfully received the account credentials and verified everything works. This protects both clients and influencers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
